I had seen on a thread that there was a person who bid $135 in this area back in March and got accepted by the Royal Lahaina Resort. I REALLY wanted to stay at this resort, but had assumed it wasn't an option since every site I went to it was at least $194/night which was out of my price range. Also I had previously assumed that this would be considered a "Resort" on Priceline and not an "Upscale 3* Hotel". Anyway, when I saw that someone had bid on Priceline and gotten accepted, I decided to give it a go and it worked!
