phillyindyguy Posted May 13, 2008 Author Report Posted May 13, 2008 Yes. I am going to opening day at the US Open.
thereuare Posted May 13, 2008 Report Posted May 13, 2008 Are you still seeing this property offered on HOTWIRE... i'm not showing a 4.5* in NYC for your travel dates above. If you're still seeing it, are you searching for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. phillyindyguy Posted May 13, 2008 Author Report Posted May 13, 2008 It is now the first option listed as a best value for $259.It is 4.5* hotel in midtown central. Do you see it now?
thereuare Posted May 13, 2008 Report Posted May 13, 2008 Yes, i see it now... not sure why i didn't earlier :) This is a match for the Royalton so that would be our best guess. I'll caution however that the TA rating matches... but not the number of reviews, so that casts a shadow of doubt on this ID, but i still am going to go with this as my best guess as this hotel has been around for a long time, and the current TA reviews only go back 6 months, so i'm thinking that something may have happened to the additional listings. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. phillyindyguy Posted May 14, 2008 Author Report Posted May 14, 2008 Not to split hairs, but TA lists the Royalton as a 3* while Hotwire is posting a 4*.I can't find it on hotwire now! Arrr. How about a 4* TImes Square for $213. Ammenities are: Boutique, Fitness center, HSIA w/ TA rating of 4
thereuare Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 The 4* Times Square property is a match for the Hotel Mela so that woudl be our best guess... although i will add that the previous 4.5* MTC hotel is currently showing on HOTWIRE.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
