Priceline Hotel: 3* Toronto (Downtown) Courtyard

Tried almost for the entire month for 4* in Toronto from May 3o to June1. Started from $54, and all the way up to $80 over the span of almost 4 weeks and still can't get anything for that weekend. Read other posts on the forum and it seems others had the same problem for that weekend.

Changed my mind and lower my star rating to 3*. Tried $63 and got the Marriot Courtyard.

I've seen another member attempted a 3* with $68 and got upgraded to the 4* Sutton Place. Does this happen often?
