Unsuccessful bidding.

Wanted to stay in 3* or 4* in:

Boston Waterfront - Convention Center

Copley Square - Theatre District

Quincy Market - Faneuil Hall - Financial District

for 2 nights (5/15/08-5/17/08), started at $95 / night and went up to $120 / night, using the following "free re-bid" zones (they have no 3* or 4* hotels at the time of the booking):

Brighton - Brookline

Medford - Somerville

South Boston

I just tried to bid for Tuesday 5/13 3* or 4* in same districts up to $120 with no luck. Is that a busy date/day of the year?

saw some previous posts that the 5/15 - 5/17 is a very busy weekend in Boston with college graduations & college move -out's....also I think someone mentioned a big convention around that time, so not sure if that includes 5/13 timeframe also....
