mountainsurfer16
I am traveling to Boston at the end of June and was wondering how long in advanced i should try to book a room? Do the hotel rates get cheaper the closer i get to my required date? If i book 3 weeks in advance, will i get a better deal or not? Any suggestions would be appriciated.thanks Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Give this link a read and then follow-up with any additional questions you may have:SHOULD I BID EARLY OR CLOSE TO ARRIVAL DATEBest advice of all, if you are new to Priceline/Hotwire, is to post all of the information you know (desired zone, date(s) of travel, star rating, maximum bid, back-up hotel and price, etc, etc) and then let others offer advice as to how much to bid at this point or whether you are better off waiting. Usually it pays to bid immediately if your plans are firm BUT know what prices are typical in the zone to make sure that you don't over-bid. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
