I got this hotel for $27 and it turned out to be a great bargin! The hotel is about 1/2 mile from the fiesta mall, with many restaurants within a mile or less. They have a small pantry that you can buy food and drinks 24/7.I think the restaurant is only open for breakfast. This hotel was very nice,a lot better then many 3*s I have stayed at.It was the cleanest room I have stayed in,for a long time. The room had one king bed and a pull out sofa bed.A nice little desk with free highspeed internet.Check-in was very fast with on mention of PL.It appeared that the even numbered rooms on the first floor all had patios with access to the pool and spa.I was put in a odd numbered room on the second floor that had a small patio that was not big enough for a table and chain.Hotel has plenty of free parking.

This is a great hotel. We stayed here for two months in the fall of 2010. The staff is exceptional. They remembered us by name and always treated us well. Lisa, Tiffany, and Jan at the front desk were awesome. The rooms are spacious and neutrally decorated. All the rooms have patios with a small table and chairs. The rooms were upgraded with flat screen TVs in 2010. Our rooms had refrigerators, and you could "rent" a microwave for $10/ day. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There is also a small fitness room and small laundry room on the first floor. Plenty of parking and free internet.

The hotel is located less than a block away from the Fiesta Mall. There are restaurants and banks within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, we have not been back since 2010. We use Priceline (Name Your Own Price) for all of our hotel stays. There is one particular hotel in the East Mesa zone that is a horrible place to stay (Holiday Inn on Country Club and US60). After our time at the Courtyard, we got stuck with the Holiday Inn. Our first room had ants in the bathroom and bedroom. Our second room had carpet and curtains stained with what appeared to be motor oil. It was gross. The other rooms there have been no better. Due to the fact that the Holiday Inn is considered a 3-star hotel (obviously for amenities only), we no longer select the East Mesa zone.

If you are lucky enough to get the Mesa Courtyard, have a great stay! We did.
