Hotwire Hotel: 4* NYC (Times Square-Theater District) Hotel Mela

Hi, I'm looking for a 4* Times Sq/Theatre 07/09/08-07/14/08 (5nights)

Getting a price of $203

Amenities:

Boutique, Fitness Center, High-Speed Internet Access

Tripadvisor 160+ as of March 2008

Seems to match the Hotel Mela

Only thing is the price says its 33% savings with a Retail of $302.40 = $99.40 savings.

If u check Expedia.com it shows the Millennium Broadway with an exact price of $302.40, and the mela has a price of $305. It would make sense that Hotwire is calling a price from Expedia as "retail' since they are owned by Expedia.

Any Help would be appreciated, thanks.

The 'retail price' suggested price HOTWIRE is often incorrect, as it's not for the particular hotel you will receive, but rather for a hotel of that quality level in the zone... so best guess is that the hotel you're seeing above is the Hotel Mela (and not the Millenium Broadway)

I booked it @ $203 for 5 nights and used your link to HOTWIRE.

It WAS the Hotel Mela, as we suspected which makes me a happy customer since i wanted this hotel and not the Millennium Broadway.
