Glad to hear the previous post on the board was helpful in your bidding and you were able to secure this nice rate so far in advance.

There is no issue putting both rooms in one name... only thing is that you will have to be there when they check-in, which if traveling together, is not an issue. The advantage of putting both rooms in the same name is that if the other party backs out you can still take somebody else along without any issue; the downside is that if for some reason you can't make this trip, the other party may have a problem on their hands trying to check-in... so determine who would be more likely to cancel and act accordingly.
