Need help in trying for 4* in New Orleans on saturday May3rd for one night. I have bid up to 215 but no luck. Think there will be anythng tomorrow? any help would be apprecaiated. Thanks

I was looking in the area of downtown or French quarter or Central business district. I guess Jazz fest is going on that weekend but we were just trying to get a way for a day. I was looking to spend lower 200 if possible.

There was just a win posted yesterday for this same one nite stay and they won the New Orleans Westin for $130/nite.

I did a few hours ago for 300 and did not get anything

Actually got 159 for the Westin Canal place on their website

What parameters are you using to search the Westin (i'm assuming it's at their website where you see the $159/nite rate?)

This really doesn't make sense since surely you're $300 bid would have been accepted if the hotel was offering rooms for $159/nite.

I think i just got lucky this morning and they must had someone cancel and put the room out there. after I booked it then there was not any availability.
