Hotwire Hotel: Need help for Baltimore 3* + Inner Harbor

I'm new to all of this, and would love some guidance. I'm happy to use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE, and I will use the links to book through the board.

Looking for Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor, 3* (or preferably more) for 5/14-5/15/08. Would spend up to $180.

Thanks for your response and the re-bid information link. It looks like the other zones in Baltimore with only 2* or fewer are Baltimore West, Laurel, and Whitemarsh. Would this change my strategy if there are only 3 possible re-bid zones?

Also, would it be worth trying 4* first, as the only 4* hotels are in the zone I want (Inner Harbor)? What should be my starting price for the 4* if their regular Priceline price is $369?

Which hotel is PRICELINE showing at $369? Is your maximum bid for a 4 star $180 as well? Do you agree there are six re-bid zones at the 4 star level?
