Hotwire Hotel: 3* Scottsdale help indentifying

From an earlier post they indentified a property similar to the one i am looking at to be the Hyatt Place. The only difference I see is smoke free is not coming up under my amenities.

Dates Sept 17-22 Best Value, comp b'fast, fitness center, pool, business center and hi-speed $53.00

The info on the board I got was a post by Fun in the Sun just below me on this board.On his/her post they mentioned smoke free room

For others following along here is a link to that Hotwire Scottsdale thread... and if you refer to that thread the hotel was never purchased so there is no telling if that was the Hyatt Place or not. The user guessed that it may have been the Hyatt Place and i replied i doubted it was that property.

If you look at this Hyatt Place Scottsdale thread you'll see that this hotel was purchased and has the same amenities as what you've posted above, so the Hyatt Place would be our best guess for the property you're seeing above.

I went to book it and the price had jumped to 73.00. I checked back today and went to 84.00 and just check back again and it was 88.00. Any advice?

I moved the date forward one day to arrival 9/18 to 9/22 and it was 53.00 again. Moved it back to 9/17 to 9/22 and back to 84.00 does that mean the Wed night is sold out of Hotwire rates? Advice?

No, it just means that the Wednesday nite rate is higher than the other nites.

If you search HOTWIRE for just the nite of 9/17... does what is presumably the same hotel, based upon the same amenities and star rating, show up? If so, at what price?

If i do the search for just the one night of Wednesday it comes up $73 and then thurs-mon go to the $53 I should have booked it earlier in the week when the entire time was at the $53. Might do a cheaper place in the Scottsdale area and then do the Thurs-mon at the hopefully Hyatt PLace. I was just hoping for something in the Scottsdale area with cont b'fast at a resonable price. If anyone has any other suggestions I am open. We are going to the ASU/UGA game on Sat 9/20

Assuming it's the same hotel, for $20 i wouldn't change hotels and just pay up for the first nite, which amounts to an extra $4 per nite over a 5 nite stay.

The Scottsdale hotel has not yet been identified.

The North Scottsdale hotel is a match for the Extended Stay Deluxe so that would be our best guess for that one.

I'm guessing this 2.5 in Scottsdale might be the Marriott Courtyard. Seems to match up with the trip advisor rating.

The Courytard would be a good guess... since this prperty is smoke free and also offers a Laundry room for guest use and has a pool.
