Go gently please Priceline newbie here! :)

I've had a read around and done a bit of research on Priceline and I now think I'm starting to get the idea and I fancy trying it out!

We're planning on staying in London from 8th-10th August so I was wondering if anybody could offer me a few tips?

I don't really mind whereabouts in London we are staying as long as it's reasonably central (having looked at the regions on the Priceline map, most of those seem to meet this requirement). I think I'd like a 4* hotel and also we need 2 rooms.

Is it best to try and bid separately for the rooms or at the same time and also what do you think the likely final price (and also a sensible starting bid) might be for these dates bearing in mind it's high season?

Thanks for the tips! I removed a few of the bidding zones after discussion with the people I'm travelling with but we ended up getting 2 rooms for 8-10 August at the Novotel St Pancras for $90 which I'm pleased with!
