The above amenities are common for a 'city' hotel but the Westin has previously been reported in this zone with these amenities so that would be our best guess.

I just noticed that HOTWIRE listed the hotel's Trip Advisor rating as 3.0 out of 5. The Westin is rated 4.0 out of 5, so I'm thinking it could be the Hilton, which is rated at 3.0.

I'm not seeing the TA ratings on my own HOTWIRE search, but based upon the information you provided the Hilton is certainly a possibility, but can't say for certain since property has not yet been reported to the board.
