Hi Everyone,

I will be travelling to New York on the 4th July 2008 for a 4 night stay. I am looking for a 4* star or 3*star hotel in the manhattan area, walking distance from the subway. price range -US$150 ideal to US$200. Two adults

Few things/questions...

You can't select a hotel "walking distance to the subway" as your hotel can be anywhere within the shaded region of the zones you select. With that said, just about the entire island of Manhattan is within walking distance to a subway line, but for the typcial visitor MTE, MTW, UM-CPS, and Times Square zones usually are most convenient... many also include MTS for high occupancy periods (yours is not likely such a period) in order to increase their chances and maximize the number of bids they can have per bidding session.

Are you willing to pay more for a 4* hotel vs. a 3* or are you looking for the least expensive 3* or better for this stay?
