I am a brand new member so hope I am doing this correctly.

Need help with London and Rome, but let's do London first.

4 star in the Bloomsbury/Marble Arch area for June 7-9th, 2008 for $174.00

Fitness Center-Pool-Restaurant-Business Center- High Speed Internet

Trip Advisor rating 3.5 of 5 with 340+ reviews.

or

3.5 star in the Kensington/Chelsea/Knightsbridge area for June 7-9th, 2008 for $169.00

Trip Advisor rating of 3.5 of 5 with 320+ reviews.

Is one area more desirable than another, if so, why?

For the 4* the Hilton Metropole has been seen with these amenities excpet for the hi-speed internet icon. Given the rarity for a Pool icon in this area, and that this property does indeed offer Hi-Speed Internet access, as well as secondary indicator supporting it, best guess is that this is the Hilton Metropole.

The 3.5* matches the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum so that would be our best guess for that one.
