I would prefer a 4* hotel in the TS, MTW, MTE, UM-CPS areas as first preference and at UPE next. My budget goes upto $185 per night.Is that too low for NYC at this time? My backup reservation is at the Franklin Hotel, upper east side for $181 per night for the same dates. Is that too high a price to pay? Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!RBK
