I am attracted due to the price and the 4 out of 5 tripadvisor score. My needs are very simple. I don't want a dirty room/hotel and I don't want to pay a lot. We are planning to go to Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, Lakeland family visit, then Busch Gardens.

You could see if the above appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance of your stay... if so, purchase the first (or last) nite of your stay as a way to "look behind the curtain"; if you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, find alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

I wanted to stay away from downtown Orlando but any zones south and west are fine (I think).
