it does not shot a tripadvisor rating.

is this the washington towers?

i'd like for it to be the palomar. but, does the palomar always show the tripadvisor rating of 4.5? or does it sometimes hide the tripadvisor info?

Without the TA rating these two properties look alike before purchase, so you won't be able to determine which it is prior to a purchase. Note that if you go back to HOTWIRE and search for 2adults/2children a hotel with these same amenities does show up, along with a TA rating, which would lead me to believe this is more likely the Washington Towers than the Palomar. (although no guarantee that it's the same hotel which apepars when only searching for 2adults/0children)
