Thanks to your info I got this hotel on the same nights for $55. Check my Atlanta Hyatt Regency if you want the details.

For parking, I plan to park at a subway station north of town and take the train to a stop 1 block from the hotel. Everywhere I want to go is serviced by MARTA. It's only $4/day to park and I bet I will walk less too! Never tried this, but I'm adventerous!
