The above is a match for both the Sheraton and the Westin so either of those would be our best guess. However, i tried to see if i could see which one would be more likely and i'm not currently seeing this offered on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates... are you still seeing this offered on HOTWIRE?

I just tried another search for 2adults/2children and now do see the property above, if it's the same one you're seeing on your own search, i think i'd slightly favor it being the Sheraton.

Yeah I used HOTWIRE, I checked just now and it's still there... I believe it's not showing up for you because you probably selected the "Seattle, WA - (SEA) (Seattle)" option.

The current price is $119...

I was searching Downtown Seattle and this property did not show... it's now 4 days later and i do see it now.

While the Sheraton and Westin are both possibilities, of the two i would favor this being the Sheraton.

I took the same offer from hotwire last week and it was the Sheraton. Nice location.

Be aware that parking is $35/day, valet parking only so the actual cost is $35 plus tips.
