windymulder Posted June 4, 2004 Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 I had an extremely hard time getting a hotel in Omaha or Lincoln for this weekend. I can't remember what all I did, but I tried every which way to find a room. I did find out that if you plug in Omaha and use all of your options, you can plug in Council Bluffs and try again. It still brings up all of Omaha, but you are not restricted to the 72 hour rule. Anyway, I started at $35 for a 3* and had to work my way up to $50 for a 2*. I have never paid so much for a hotel in Omaha, but after checking rates on Hotels.com, I know I still got a deal.Windy Link to comment
