fuhnz Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 Travelers reviews are mixed on this hotel. I have stayed at many Hilton's and found them comfortable. I hope we don't have problems with noise or clean rooms as suggested by some reviews I have read on Trip Advisor. Oh well it is only two nights.I put a bid in of 100.00 a night and it was accepted.

AaronJB Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 The hotel is one of the largest in the city and one of the oldest in the country. It's a unique experience, with one of the most gorgeous hotel lobbies you will ever experience. The rooms are a little smaller, because of the age of the property. However, renovations are going on (and likely may be over at this point) and I think it's also a matter of where you are in the building. For $100 a night, it's a good deal and a good Loop location.
fuhnz Posted April 12, 2008 Author Report Posted April 12, 2008 Thanks for the feedback. I love history and was not unhappy until I heard that their was a cleaning problem. From the pictures it sure seems to have class and ambiance.
