It is also a Customer Favorite and here's a tip: in one of the customer reviews, a savvy traveler has said that the beds are "heavenly" (referring to the Westin's "Heavenly Bed"). I also had to book a single room for myself on 7/14-16 as I am staying longer than my coworker. I had no trouble getting the Westin again, this time for $149. Many hotels in that area are sold out 7/14, which may account for the price difference.
