Rooms were cramped and I actually ended up leaving the place early whitout trying to seek refudn as I was almost sure I would get shut down by hotwire.Amenities:Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center Link to comment
thereuare Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay.Don't know the issues you faced, but if in a similar situation again try to discuss the issue with the hotel first, this way if you feel you need to leave you have at least documented that you tried to resolve with hotel management first. I would have certainly at least written HOTWIRE to let them know so that they can monitor the star rating of this property.
