Priceline Hotel: Please Help with Bidding for Budapest, Vienna, Prague June 08

I have been triyng to bid for the past week unsuccessfully, I have backups reserved, but am trying for 4 stars.

Budapest 6/8/08 - 6/11

I bid up to 80 for 4 star and was rejected

Vienna 6/11/08- 6/14

I bid up to 85 for 3 star and 4 star for all zones and was rejected

Prague 6/14-6/17

I bid up to 85 for 4 star city center and was rejected, scared to bid other zones becuase of all the horror stories.

Any tips?
