Does anyone know what hotel will be awarded for the Cocoa Beach-Cape Canaveral area? It's listed as a 3* and marked as their "best value" at $54 a night. thanks, Jerry

Sorry bout that. I thought the "Best Value" rating would give it away. We'll be staying pre and post cruise, one night each. October 3rd and then again October 8th. Amenaties include: restaurant, pool, fitness center, golf nearby, tennis courts nearby, Laundry facility. It's listed at $54 on the 4th and the same listing is $56 on the 8th. thanks, Jerry

"Best Value" appears on almost every search and simply is labeled by the lowest price relative to star level (ie- if a 4* hotel was offered at $300 and a 3* at $40, the 3* would be labeled "Best Value"... if the 4* was $80 and the 3* was $75, the 4* would be "Best Value").

This particular hotel you're looking at hasn't yet been identified, but here are some other thread that discuss HOTWIRE HOTELS for this area. This thread specifically refers to the Radisson in this area.

One advantage you have is that you're seeking two 1 nite stays... so if you can always choose this hotel for pre-cruise (since you likely won't be at the hotel very long that day and also will be already be relaxed and/or gathering last minute supplies for your embarkation). Then if you like the hotel you can book it for the post-cruise stay... if not, continue your search. I can put up with almost anything for one nite, and it may be worth the 'gamble' for you since if you end up being happy you'll be immediately booking the property again (for post-cruise).
