Ticket Request Number, confirmation wait time

I buyed three Aloha tickets for May through priceline (normal buy, no bidding). Due to the Aloha breakdown I tried on Friday to buy go! tickets, also via priceline and also with 'normal' buy. After the first try they gave me a ticket request number and advised that I will receive an email or I should call.

Meanwhile, after 36 hours, the flight is still not confirmed.

In their FAQ they stated:

"If your reservation is not confirmed after 15 minutes, you will be under no further obligation."

What do you think? Can I now buy another ticket for the same flight e.g. directly from the airline or could it be that PRICELINE will confirm the tickets later

so I will have two tickets.

Did you try calling them? What if you accidentally typed your email incorrectly, and they emailed you a confirmation but you didn't receive it?
