Priceline Hotel: Need bidding strategy for 3 * - Montreal downtown

It's my third time using priceline. I guess I was lucky but I was always sucessfull on my first bids. I want to book 2 rooms at a 3* hotel in downtown Montreal for april 18. Tried 50$ and 55$ without success. I'am affraid to add bidding zones since I realy want a downtown Hotel. What strategy should I try if I want Priceline to allow me to place more than one bid ?
