Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Hotel in Amherst/Niagara Falls

I have been looking on HOTWIRE and see a 2-star hotel in Amherst for $46. Check in/out on 23rd/26th May for 2 adults.

Shows "Best Value" and Amenities are Laundry and Internet.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this hotel might be?

Thanks for the tip.

I changed the above search to have 2 adults/2 kids and got a 2* option for $79.

Again Best Value but the amenties were "Complimentary Breakfast" & Internet. No laundry on ths one!

Has this one been identified before?
