The lowest rate on the hotel's website was $142.

It should be noted that this hotel used to be the 2.5* Amerisuites that I won last summer. I will be interested to see if they did away with the suite amenities that were part of the rooms when I was last there.

I think most comments regarding the Amerisuites to Hyatt Place conversion have been quite positive... especially the new plasma TVs in the room.
