Priceline Hotel: priceline bidding in key west 4/12-4/13

Hello geniuses-

Need help bidding on a resort hotel in key west for one night 4/12/08. First time priceline bidder but have beeing reading alot of your suggestions. No need for flight, or car. Figured that the 4* on hotwire is most likely the casa marina for $203. I would like to bid lower on a resort. is that possible. When i search resorts for key west on that date the only one that comes up is the hyatt resort. does that mean that is the only hotel they are pooling from?? or will it include over resort hotels for that date. Need help with an initial bid.

I guess I want to add: what would be your best starting bid for a resort as well as a 3 start upscale and a 2 star.

There are three pages of wins and other stuff going back 5 years

80 appears to be the lowest resort win. Several resorts have participated in the past.

Lower star level wins are not reported as much and when they are, they aren't much cheaper, but be aware that resorts may have resort fees.
