Hotwire Hotel: 2* Orange County (Anaheim-Disneyland North) Extended StayAmerica

i booked the 2* hotel in the Disneyland-North area for $36 for 4/12/08

the property revealed itself to be the Extended Stay America on Katella Ave. in Orange. this property is located adjacent to Arrowhead Pond / Honda Center approximately 3.5 miles away from disneyland.

i should also mention that i was trying to get the Extended Stay America located on Clemantine (just off of Katella) about a half mile away from the DL maingate. hotwire lists the distance of the Orange property as 0.0-2.7 miles away. i called hotwire customer service and politely stated my grievances regarding the distances listed. while the initial CS rep "mellisa" was unable to help, she did offer to escalate my complaint to her supervisor... "mike" issued me a refund due to the confusion with the distance. so thank you hotwire for good customer service.
