erisr Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Booked the Hilton Checkers for $89 a night. I made the booking on 24 May. Amenities showed as Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center. I notice that, under Packages, the same hotel also shows Spa. It seems that the packages amenities aren't always exactly the same. Link to comment
thereuare Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Welcome to BetterBidding!You are correct... the amenity icons aren't always the same (which is why we keep the two lists separate and move hotels from the vacation product list to the hotel product list when they are confirmed with a 'win'). If you look at the HOTWIRE HOTEL LIST CALIFORNIA you'll see that this property is currently listed in the hotel section without the Spa icon... and is crossed out of the vacation section where there is also a comment that the Spa isn't showed in the hotel product. I suspect one day in the future (could be tomorrow or could be 2 years from now) we will see the Spa icon added to the hotel product and/or removed from the vacation product.Enjoy your stay and thank you for sharing your win and observations with the board.
