MissPoofy Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 First attempt. Last minute, booked Friday night. Fantastic views of the city from the elevator and the airport from the room. Felt like a child watching the planes. Top notch modern hotel with a fantastic lounge. Breakfast selection excellent. Free shuttle to hotel, car rental, subway. Will stay again...In fact, we ended up going online that night from the room (only bad thing, no free internet. 9.95 a day even with your own computer) to book again for March 25. We spent the middle days of our travels in Maine. First attempt, 65 dollars again, rejected. Added another neighborhood and bid 66 dollars. Got the Hyatt! Very happy about that.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You are so close to the airport, you'll love it. Nothing in walking distance from what we can tell for food and stuff though. But with the free shuttle to the subway, who cares? Oh yes, rooms are completely soundproof, so you won't hear a plane.Sorry, didn't use the link from this site as this trip was due to a funeral and it completely slipped my mind. And a special note to Thereuare, thanks for the help with the avatar. I'm sure you can understand I haven't been tinkering around with that lately.Cheers.Miss Poofy
