shanebarnes1978 Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 Going thru the PRICELINE links provided on this site, I bid $40/n for a 3* in the Orlando WDW area. Priceline came back and said if I increased my bid by $12, I could bid again immediately. I've never had that happen before.I went back and added Kissimmee and came up to $47/n...I was splitting the difference I guess. I really didn't expect that bid to be accepted b/c most of the 3* have been going for in the low to mid 50's. Not to mention the fact is I was looking for a hotel in JUNE!The bid was accepted. I'm satisfied. The rooms are going for $120/n for those same dates thru competitive online travel agencies. The reviews have been pretty mediocre but most of them relate the quality of the hotel for the price paid. Luckily, I didn't pay full price so I think the family will be happy.Thereuare...can you tell me if I will have to pay resort fees/additional fees for this particular hotel? Thanks!
yellowdog Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 Thereuare...can you tell me if I will have to pay resort fees/additional fees for this particular hotel?I'm not thereuare but I know the answer :) $6.95 plus tax/night, no parking fee. Cheap beers in the afternoon in the poolbar. If hotel is not fully booked, ask for an upgrade to the sleep number beds rooms. Usally charge you $10, well worth the money and your back!Have fun with Mickey!YellowDog.
