Able to use different combination of areas to increase bid.No free rebids at 4* in London - Mayfair and Westminster areas would be much dearer. Offered hotel in Notting hill for $123. Hammersmith has cheap rates when Chelsea not playing at home. Hotel is inside football site. Comes up in Hammersmith as Chelsea football ground is in Fulham!
