Used your site and savinsbarn.com to try to book Boston area for 1 night 3/17. Used same prices listed as sucessful bids on betterbidding.com:

2.5* Waltham - $45 - failed

4* Revere - $60 - failed

2nd trip I was unsucessful trying to use priceline. Did 2 hours of research on better checker and other sites before trying.

Took $49 - 2.5 star hotwire in Waltham. Got Extended stay hotel which is nowhere near public transportation so this is going to be a tough trip.
