I read somewhere else that this might be the DoubleTree or the Embassy Suites.

Embassy would have been great, but Hilton is good to. Excellent price at that.

It seems 3.5* at SeaTac could very well be DoubleTree as well.

I purchased it for different dates thinking it would be the same, it was not!

Look for the difference "Business Center" in the amenities. The DoubleTree has it, Hilton does not.

Now my only challenge will be to find a parking lot that's as close to the middle as possible between these places.

Not true... you won the Hilton and have listed "Business Center" in the amenties above.

The Hilton and the Doubletree have the same star rating and amenities shown by HOTWIRE.

Actually no, when I later compared the two listings, the Hilton did not say business center, but the DoubleTree did. This was straight from the Hotwire listing. I do believe the Hilton also has a business center, at least they have a conference center in the same building. But the only difference in the listing is that DoubleTree listed business center, Hilton did not. So business center in the first post is then technically wrong.
