smoking vs. non-smoking hotels in atlanta airport area

As Starwood and Marriott chain hotels are completely smoke free in the US, how can I tell when booking on hotwire or priceline whether hotels are smoke free or permit smoking?

I don't think you can tell on PRICELINE, though they do request a non smoking room for you automatically and in scores of reservations through them, I don't think I have ever been put in a room that smelled like it had been smoked in.

I am not so familiar with HOTWIRE. I don't think they indicate this before you buy. If you can determine which hotel it likely is beforehand, you can look to see what the policy is there.

While you can't tell with PRICELINE, HOTWIRE does not now offer a "Smoke Free" icon which ensures a No Smoking Room.

However, as this icon is new, not all Smoke Free hotels are currently showing this icon.
