As far as the 3.5*, we recently replied to another user regarding the same hotel:

This property has not been identified, but if i were to take a guess i'd think the Hyatt Place Lombard is a possibility but don't have too high of a degree of confidence as Hyatt Place properties are usually rated a little lower than 3.5 stars.
