Welcome to BetterBidding!

I'm seeing different hotels for the 3.5* and 3* above... are you still seeing these on a current HOTWIRE search? If so, are you searching for mroe than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

My search was for 2 adults/2 children. I see what you mean when searching for 2 adults/0 children, that brings up a different group of hotels, but I would definitely need 2 beds.

And it looks like, as of this morning, the lists is different for my search, also. (same dates 3/18-3/22, 4 nights, 2 adults, 2 children) and I get the following offers:

1. 4* with fitness, pool, restaurant, business, internet, golf, tennis for $85. The 4* for this area listed on this site's list of hotels is Wyndham, but this doesn't fit the description for Wyndham. Any thoughts?

2. 3.5* (customer favorite) with breakfast, fitness, pool, business, internet, golf for $69.

3. 3* with fitness, pool, restaurant, business for $58.

Thanks again for any ideas you may have on the ID of these!

I will certainly use the site's links to book my Hotmail booking.

The 4* is a match for the Hyatt Lodge at McDonalds Campus so that would be our best guess for that one.

For the 3.5* i'm seeing more amenities than what you've posted above, i'm being offered a hotel (2adults/2children) with Breakfast, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf. This property has not been identified, but if i were to take a guess i'd think the Hyatt Place Lombard is a possibility but don't have too high of a degree of confidence at Hyatt Place properties are usually rated a little lower than 3.5 stars.

Likewise the 3* has not yet been reported to the board either and the amenities are quite common so can't make a very educated guess.

I stayed at choice #2 on my original post in this thread. 3.5 star for $69/night. It was indeed the Hyatt Place Lombard, which was a very nice value and deserves the 'customer favorite' notation on HOTWIRE.

Thanks for your help.

Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Since i was seeing more amenities than what you listed for this property, can you please confirm the full list of amenities associated with this property... you may be able to still view these by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top of their home page.

Also, since your purchase, this property has been reported on hotwire as being 3 stars... can you let us know what currently shows in your MY ACCOUNT section at HOTWIRE.

Thanks!
