1) rome central five star Expedia lists for the Exedra Bosolo Luxury hotel for a check in of 3.28.08 and checkout of 3.30.08

fitness, business, and restaurant. 4/5 on trip advisor

I'd expect most 5* hotels to have the amenities above, so the Exedra Bosolo Luxury is certainly a possibility, but the InterContinental De La Ville Roma has been seen with these three amenities so that would be our best guess.
