I started bidding at $85 with the Bloomsbury zone, added Regent Park, then Kensington, and finally Westminster. The location is nice, and suits me well as I will be seeing a show at the Royal Albert Hall on one of the nights.

Is there a limit to number of characters in the title? Should one abbreviate the zone?

Yes, there is a limit, but it's almost never an issue when putting the price paid and dates in the sub-topic, which is the correct fomat:

Title: Star Rating Region (Zone) Hotle Name

Sub-Title: $xx ... mm/dd/yy-mm/dd/yy
