Priceline Hotel: Capital Hill - Help - 03/1708-03/20/08

I need help on Convention Center/Capital Hill bidding for 03/17/08-03/20/08. I don't really care how many stars the hotel is - just want a bed for a good price.

Having said that I bid on 4 and 3 stars because that looked the way to go about adding zones. I started at $90/night a few days ago which was rejected and recently bid up to $135 which was also rejected. The last one was for 3 stars with Convention Center and Springfield.

I see people posting these great deals under $100/night. Anyone want to tell me what I need to do to get a good price?
