dahammer
I would call the customer service and ask what they are willing to do for you as your travel plans are set. You should receive an equivalent accomodations or if you are offered a lesser hotel, you should get compensation in the form of hot Dollars to be used for a future booking. Good luck and let us know how you made out. Link to comment
fipile
I am on the phone now. They "offer" either refund, or to book me to another hotel. But the new hotel would price would be current site's price (from the $189 I paid to $300 and above). So they refuse so far to book me for the same price at an equivalent hotel in Midtown.I am asking for the supervisor Link to comment
fipile
Ok.Sorted out with the supervisor.I have been rebooked at no extra cost (refund of previous booking + hotwire dollars to cover price difference) to an equivalent 4* hotel in Midtown. i will post the details in the hotwire NY page. Sister_X
Sorry, but I don't get it. There a plenty of rooms (with one and two beds, just in case you booked for more than 2 people) at the Roger Williams available for your travel dates on the hotel website, Expedia and also Hotels.com. How can the Hotel be "overbooked"? Link to comment
