Just another question, if I create a fake package with the same dates, the available hotels should match the "hidden" ones found with a simple search?

I mean, one of the available hotels for a package must be the above unknown one?

No:

This method is fairly accurate but is not 100% guaranteed.

In the Vacation Packages the hotels are not in any defined areas so several may match the amenities shown in the opaque offerings. So in this case you have to do some more research to determine where they are in relation to the opaque hotel.

Also some times the amenities shown on the package do not exactly match the opaque hotels.

In the packages some times lower star levels are not shown.

However it is the first step in trying to identify hotels.

In addition to the above caveats, i'll also add that not all HOTWIRE hotels which participate in the opaque product also participate in the vacation product (and vice-versa)

Yes, it is from the same dates...Unfortunately when I was about to book the other one I has asked about it was erased from Hotwire's list (somebody was faster than me...).

This property is nearly $100 more per nite than your previous inquiry and is lower rated... is this still within your budget?

It is still within budget but the risk is quite higher in that case so that is why I trying to make a deeper search...I haven't got up to something up to now unfortunately.
