Oboy Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 I bid up to $55 for 2.5* in Alexandria, and Crystal City a few days ago and was rejected. This morning I placed one bid for a 2.5* in Alexandria-Old Town and I won with an upgrade to a 3*.
