The 3.5* property has not yet been identified. If I were to take a guess, i think the Hilton Prince Kuhio would be a deceptn possibility, but i'm far from certain.

The 3* is a match for the Aqua Waikiki Wave, so that would be our best guess (and a better guess than the Aqua Bamboo, imo)
