Hotwire Hotel: 4* Downtown Miami Help

I am trying to book downtown Miami FL on 5-18-08 for 1 night.

Hotwire shows a hotel for $209 with the following amenities:

Fitness Center

Restaurant

Laundry Facilities

Pool

Business Center

High Speed Internet

According to your hotel list, The Inter-Continental is the only 4* that has all of these features. What concerns me is that Hotwire shows it as a $249 retail value (16% discount). The rack rate on the Inter-Continental website for that date is $349.

Please help me figure out what hotel this is.

I would love to stay at the Inter-Continental if that is what this is. Other posts have said they paid $107 for this hotel on Priceline, but I've bid all the way up to $180 for any 4* in downtown Miami on Priceline and got nowhere today.

The retail rate given by HOTWIRE is often not reflective of the actual hotel you will receive, as it is based upon a comparable hotel in that zone at the same star rating.

The above is a match for the Inter-Continental so that would be our best guess.
