$109 per night, and the resort adds on a fee of about $15 per night.

Sounds like it could be Gaylord Palms, but when I go to their site and attempt to book a room, it won't let me book anything beyond April, so I don't know if that would rule it out.

All those details and I left out one of the most important items. Looking to stay 5/23 for one night (have DVC booked through my timeshare beginning the next day but would love to start the day out down there instead of getting on a plane).

The above is a match for the Gaylord Palms so that would be our best guess.

It's nice when everything lines up, but i wouldn't be too concerned regarding the retail rate not matching that of the Gaylord Palms website, as the retail rate suggested by HOTWIRE is for a hotel of that quality in the zone, not necessarily the hotel you will receive.
